Import: Stsadm operation

Import: Stsadm operation (Office SharePoint Server)" (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc261866.aspx) have been updated with new functionality for the url parameter that is included in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Products. Also, the existing description of the parameter has been corrected.
